I’m Cecilia, an Aromatherapist living in Wiltshire where I formulate, hand blend & label every product, all with wellbeing & planet earth in mind.

Good Health Studio was actually born in 2003 as a Wellbeing Clinic, after I left my job in sales & qualified in Sports & Holistic therapies. I've always had a strong interest in wellbeing & loved meeting people so it seemed the perfect next step. Always wanting to use natural approaches for wellbeing, I went on to learn about essential & carrier oils & become qualified in Aromatherapy. I loved then using different blends of oils with all of their many wellbeing properties with my clients. I enjoyed building the business, & giving my clients time to pause, rest & restore was always an incredibly special experience, which I was fortunate to do for over 18 years.

I've always loved to be creative so in 2015, it seemed obvious to begin making balms, which people could use as another way to support their own wellbeing. I feel passionately about using only natural & organic ingredients, pure nature; not only for the benefits I believe they can offer to us humans, but also because it means we're being kind to our planet.

Natural oils, butters & waxes are brimming with wonderful properties good for us, like vitamins, anti-inflammatories & antioxidants. And they can offer many benefits for our minds too.

So, as well as using only natural & organic in my products for eco-friendly reasons, I choose to use them because I believe they are the best things to use & to put on our skin. And by not adding water to the balms, not only are they undiluted, but there is no need for any synthetic preservative which can be an irritant.

When I am not making my products I love to be in the great outdoors - walking & running in the countryside, amongst nature & especially close to trees & woodlands. I also love to garden, read & do crafts.
