The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website & outline the legal responsibilities & obligations that exist between you & Good Health Studio (referred to hereafter as 'we', 'us', 'our', 'Good Health Studio' and 'GHS').
Please read these terms in full. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full which include our Privacy Policy and Cancellations & Returns policy. In placing an order through this website, you are deemed to have read & agreed to, these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to, nor shall, affect any of your statutory & legal rights.
Use of Website, Copyright & Trademark
This website may be used for your own private purposes & in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The content of these pages, including photographs, designs, logos & written material, are the property of Good Health Studio.
You may print material from this website for personal use only provided that you do NOT modify or reproduce any content without express permission in writing from Good Health Studio.
You may NOT create a link to this website from another website or document, without Good Health Studio’s prior written permission.
Goods
While we try to ensure product description accuracy, the colours shown on the website can vary depending on a number of factors, including the user's screen & display settings.
Due to the ingredients being natural, the colour can vary due to harvests, origin etc.
If you are not happy that a product you receive matches the description or photograph please refer to our Cancellations & Returns policy.
Ordering
All online orders are subject to acceptance & availability. Once you place an order on this website you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received by us, but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase goods has been accepted.
A contract between you & Good Health Studio for the purchase of products will only exist once an order has been dispatched to you. Where this is at an event, this will be when the products are handed over to you.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of your order we will notify you as soon as possible & refund your payment method within 7 days of doing so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices & availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is complete & accurate. If you make a mistake & need to amend a contact or delivery address please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.
Prices, Payment Accepted & Security
All prices shown are inclusive of any VAT.
Good Health Studio accept payment made online via Stripe, ApplePAY, or PayPal who accept all major credit/debit cards, even if you don't have a Paypal account.
Good Health Studio do not store any sensitive customer information. All credit/debit card details are taken by your choice of Stripe, ApplePAY, PayPal & are secured by encrypted sessions.
Delivery
All orders received will usually be posted out the next working day; occasionally at very busy times dispatch can take up to 3 working days following the order date. Orders are posted Monday - Friday, except on Bank Holiday dates.
All items are posted using Royal Mail, using a 2nd Class Service as standard.
If for any reason your order doesn't arrive within 10 working days from the date you placed it, please contact Good Health Studio at hello@goodhealthstudio.co.uk immediately.

Special Offers & Promotions
From time to time we run special offers & promotions.
We will publish any specific terms & conditions relating to each promotion but unless otherwise stated the following will apply:
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If a promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include postage & packing (delivery).
Promotion codes cannot be added to an order retroactively.
If a promotion code is applied in error or against the stated terms of the offer we reserve the right to refuse the order.
If a free gift is added to an order & the product(s) that met the conditions for the free gift are returned, the free gift must also be returned at the same time.
If a promotion is triggered by a spending threshold & the item(s) returned mean the retained part of the order no longer meets the threshold the returned products will be refunded taking into account this shortfall.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions exclude sale items.
Sets, Multi-Buys & Bundles
If you buy a product that is part of any of the above & wish to return it, the whole set, multi-buy or bundle must be returned.
User Submitted Content (Ratings, Reviews, Photographs etc)
By submitting any content to Good Health Studio you guarantee that:
You are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights of the material.
That use of the content you supply does not violate any terms & conditions.
Use of the content you supply will not cause injury or harm to any person or entity.
You agree that you will not submit any content that:
- Is known by you to be false or misleading.
- That infringes any third parties' copyright or other rights.
- Violates any law or legal statute.
- Can be considered libellous, defamatory, hateful, offensive or unlawful.
- You were or will be given compensation or consideration for from a third party.
You agree to grant Good Health Studio a perpetual, royalty-free transferable right & licence to use, copy, modify, delete, publish, translate, distribute or sell such content without any compensation to you.
All content that you submit may be used at Good Health Studio sole discretion & we reserve the right to modify or delete content as we see fit.
You agree that you, not Good Health Studio, are responsible for any content that you submit.
