· Payment details (including card or bank information for transfers & direct debits). Payment details made using Stripe, ApplePAY, eBay, SUMUP, Klarna, are not stored by Good Health Studio. This may be in the form of your email address if you join a newsletter we offer, or ask to be notified about a product/make an enquiry, or your online name if you connect with us on social media. If you place an order with Good Health Studio, we will need certain personal information such as your name, address, telephone number in order to fulfil our contractual obligations.
When you visit our website we may collect information gathered by cookies in your browser. It is essential to use some cookies on our website to enable you to buy online - cookies are needed to hold the information about your purchase through the buying process to checkout & allow you to register / log in to secure areas of the website (e.g. My Account).
We also use analytical/performance cookies. These allow us, for example to count the number of visitors & where they come from, including the referral website, IP address & details about what device & browser you use. This helps us to improve the way our website works & to monitor the performance of our e-newsletter. Cookies are used to do different tasks. They recall your preferences at a website, help you view content more efficiently & improve the overall user experience on a website. You can disable or delete cookies within the settings of your browser. You can also block cookies but you will find that you cannot make purchases on our website if you do.

Trade Customers enter into a contract, Terms & Conditions agreed at point of sale, with us.
In certain circumstances we may collect your data in other ways which may reasonably be expected as part of running the business, & which does not impact on your rights, freedom or interests.

Good Health Studio use Mailerlite to send e-newsletters if you have registered to receive these. You can unsubscribe at anytime at www.mailerlite.com or by contacting us with your request.
When you engage with us on social media we may collect your comments or reviews. When you enter competitions or prize draws further data may be collected for the purposes of the competition.
Protection of any data that we hold
Access to your personal data is password protected.
We have virus protection installed on devices.
How long we keep information
HMRC require data (eg. product orders, refunds, exchanges) to be retained for up to 6 years.
Trade quotations are retained for up to 2 years beyond expiry for reference.
Any data is only retained for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. At the end of the period your data will be deleted/destroyed, or anonymised so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for business data analysis.
Who we share information with
Data processors: Delivery Courier (usually Royal Mail)
This data processor does the following activities for us:
We must share your delivery address with the courier in order to send your order to you/the given recipient. When we do this, we only share the data necessary for them to perform their service.
We share your email address with the courier so that you receive tracking information of your order which gives you some options regarding the delivery.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
