Sleep Time Balm is handmade in Wiltshire using traditional methods, with reassuringly pure certified organic ingredients only; beeswax + oils which are plant extractions ie. stems, flowers, leaves. These each have properties which are naturally kind to our skin, and the sleepy blend of essential oils including deeply relaxing roman chamomile can help you to unwind, drift off and support restful sleep.

The balm comes in a lightweight yet robust container with a secure screw top lid so you can keep it at home on your bedside table, or take it with you on your travels. Approx 40mm x 16mm. A larger size Sleep Time Balm is available.
